TWO! A cat named Bella and a dog named Toby. He's a white Aussie/lab mix. Surprisingly, they love each other.

Sounds adorable. If you could see any celebrity’s reviews on Google Places, who would you pick and why?
Justin Timberlake, because he's fabulous at everything he does.

And he would probably have some cool recommendations! What would your superpower be?
The ability to be invisible. Oh the things I'd hear if I could be the fly on the wall in a room.

Care to share some of your local favorites with us?

Cariño Restaurant and Cantina: Yes yes yes yes yes. Go. Go to Cariño. Just go. Eat and experience purely blissful Mexican food happiness. My friend Julie introduced me to Cariño this past Sunday. My thoughts on the dishes we ordered are as follows. In the order we ordered and ate them. - Guac: Da Bomb - Chicken tostadas with maduros: perfect combination of flavors and textures. Sweetness and savoriness. Flavorful bliss. - Corn: oo what is this? oo the cheese is salty. Humm I'm not sure how I feel about it. Oo spicy but not too spicy. Ooo sweet. Corn. ::chomp, chomp,chomp:: nom. yum. my last bites of maduros and tostadas ended the meal and my tastebuds and tummy were very content. As for the atmosphere. it's wide, open, features futbol on the TV and other Mexican style art and references. Service is fast and friendly and the bill was extremely affordable. Around $30 for two for dinner.

Sticky Rice: The best Thai food I've had in all of New York city. This statement has also been confirmed by an Aussie who has authentic Thai food experiences back home on the regular. We popped into Sticky Rice last night after searching for a place for dinner. Apparently, even on a Monday night it's hard to get a table somewhere but, Sticky Rice only had a few patrons at the moment and my friend said it was delicious so we popped in. Our meal breakdown was as follows and every bit and bite was stellar. I'm seriously drooling as I write this. Violet Cosmo: Made with lime vodka, lime juice and some other awesome ingredients, you don't even taste the alcohol. It is hands down my favorite drink. Pan Fried Pork Dumplings: Only one word to describe them: BALLER. Lightly fried, filled with pork inside and laid on top of a mayo/soy dipping sauce. My taste buds have never ever ever been so happy. It was serious food bliss, however, my only qualm, I wish the came with more on the plate. You only get 4 :( Spare Ribs: The glaze and seasoning was delicious. They were just a tad too fatty for my taste but the meat on them was pretty succulent. Beef Pad See Ew: Delectable. Perfect noodles, perfect beef, perfect sauce. Perfect, perfect, perfect. I cannot wait to go back.

Kinara Indian Restaurant: Deliciousssssssss. Not only that, my boyfriend loved it and he's never too keen on ordering Indian food. The creamy almond sauce in the chicken korma was complemented with sweet mango and grapes cooked into the dish. Add rice and a little bit of nan bread and wow. Danny's Tikka Masala was also delish with plenty of flavor throughout the whole dish. After teaching him how to eat it, yes teaching him, you know how to mix the rice in with the dish and piling it on top of some naan bread and he was in heaven. You won’t be disappointed. Yum.
